The Minister for Finance, Mr. Michael Noonan and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Mr. Brendan Howlin presented their fifth Budget speech on Tuesday 13th October 2015.

The attached changes have been announced and are due to take effect from 1st January 2016, unless otherwise stated.
